Labor On Demand, Inc. was established by Lucinda Martinez, Richard Leal, and others in 2003. We started the company as an on-demand staffing service for high-quality labor-intensive manufacturing and production jobs. The goal was to provide companies with a cost-effective temporary labor solution because their workforce demand was unpredictable. It was also difficult for them to maintain a stable workforce. Our work in this area helped us develop a temporary staffing service that is flexible and meets immediate labor needs in any industry.

The jobs come quickly, the feedback is positive and a number of employees see themselves as likely to stay around, being happy with the way that they are supported in their temporary work.
