21+ years of resume writing experience have won the Nationally Certified Resume Writer's title (NCRW) and Certified Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC). In 1999, I became the Certification Chair of The National Resume Writers Association (The NRWA), which I held for 12 years. Under my leadership, Advantage Resumes St. Louis was a remote resume writing market leader. My company wanted to find the right resume writer for you, though I recommended another resume writer if I felt they were a better fit. I received the Industry Hero Award in 2020. The Industry Hero Award was established in 2015 to recognize leadership figures in career services. This honor is bestowed on a career-services professional who has made a significant contribution to the sector's development and growth. I am accountable for the industry’s primary certification organization, NCRW. The NCRW has increased steadily. My team and I created and maintained the industry Resume Guide of Best Practices, which the Department of Defense utilized and adopted in Army Transition Assistance Program centers.
