WILL Employment Solutions was established in 1984 to provide employment services to immigrants. From our inception, we have been striving to make the future of all people successful. Over thirty years later, we are reflecting on the work we do and the journey we have taken. Our Vision We believe it is essential to eliminate all barriers and obstacles facing immigrants and employment seekers if we are to achieve our vision. Also, WILL's help for immigrants does not start when they begin their careers here in Canada. We provide ongoing assistance after they have been employed to ensure that they settle comfortably. Our Goal We seek to make immigrants understand about the best ways in which they can get help from their respective employers and communities. We also work with employers to improve their understanding of the best practices for equity, diversity, and inclusion. This way, they will be able to build stronger and more inclusive workplaces.
