The Career Foundation

The Career Foundation is excited to have you on board! We are a registered charity and not-for-profit organization that promotes evidence-based outcomes. We link job-seekers with employers in the local community and have been doing so since 1988 (Registration No. 122659048RR 0001). We operate from seven locations in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and assist thousands of people every year in achieving their employment goals. We provide a variety of services to aid job-seekers in navigating the work world, including employment placement, HR solutions, and job search.
